Priner has inaugurated the new location of its metallurgical laboratory in Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP), marking an important step forward in the evolution of its technical and operational structure.
The new facility was designed to offer greater capacity, organization, and process integration, reflecting the way the company operates and positions itself in the industrial market.

The inauguration brought together clients, employees, and Priner’s leadership for a day dedicated to presenting the new structure and strengthening relationships with strategic partners.
During the event, guests took part in a guided experience that allowed them to closely follow all stages of the laboratory processes, from sample preparation to the issuance of technical reports.

A larger, integrated, and more functional space

The new laboratory features larger and more organized environments, designed to ensure greater operational efficiency, safety, and technical quality, and it is also Inmetro-certified. The layout was developed to enable a logical workflow between areas, enhancing analysis traceability and integration among the different tests performed.

During the guided tour, participants visited the laboratory’s main sectors, observing in practice how each stage contributes to the reliability of the results delivered to clients.

The tour itinerary included the following areas:

• Machining, where samples are prepared according to the technical requirements of each test;
• Spectrometry, dedicated to the chemical analysis of materials;
• Metallography and micrography, responsible for evaluating the microstructure of metals;
• Mechanical testing, where tests are conducted to assess properties such as strength and material behavior;
• Technical reporting area, the final stage of the process, which consolidates all analyses performed.

This hands-on approach enabled guests to clearly understand Priner’s methodology and the technical rigor involved in each delivery.
The new unit now operates in alignment with the technical standards and methodology that characterize Priner’s operations nationwide, further strengthening its capacity to meet the demands of different industrial segments.
