CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe)

This method repairs damaged pipelines by inserting a resin-impregnated liner that is cured in place, forming a new pipe within the existing one. It is an efficient and less invasive alternative for pipeline rehabilitation.

CIPP: Steam curing process

Designed for pipelines with varying cross-sections along the segment to be rehabilitated. The liner can be impregnated off-site and stored until application, offering greater flexibility in logistics and planning.

CIPP: UV curing process – Line

This method eliminates the need for on-site resin mixing and setup. The liner arrives pre-impregnated, cut to size and protected by a special film. The curing process uses computer-controlled equipment to adjust and monitor UV light intensity, ensuring consistent and precise curing.

Pipe-in-Liner (pressurized networks)

An independent solution for pressurized pipelines. The internal liner functions autonomously, without relying on the structural integrity of the host pipe. The connection between the two is limited to the pipe ends. The semi-rigid liner maintains its circular shape inside the pipe, ensuring efficient flow.

Spot repair

The Sectional Repair System enables trenchless rehabilitation of pipelines in both small and large diameters—up to 72 in. It offers an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional "dig and replace" methods, providing a durable and efficient solution for repairing multiple leaks in a single day.
