On November 27, we welcomed investors and analysts to a special luncheon held in São Paulo, where we presented the main milestones of 2025 and announced the launch of our new business unit: Mining Operations.

During the event, Tulio Cintra, CEO of Priner, and Juliano Oliveira, co-founder of SEMEP and director of the new unit, detailed the company’s integration into Priner and highlighted the strategic relevance of Mining Operations for the expansion and diversification of the company’s portfolio.
