Priner welcomed the young apprentices currently studying Metallurgy through the Young Apprentice Program, a partnership between Priner and FIRJAN–SENAI. The visit provided students with a real-life experience of the company’s daily operations, enhancing their understanding of the structure, processes, and training center that supports the technical development of our professionals.

The activity was attended by the directors of the Integrity and Inspection Engineering business unit, Rodrigo Kerche and Gustavo Brito, the Operations Manager, Leonardo Ramalho, and the Technical Development Coordinator, Peter Gabriel. They shared their professional journeys and the paths they followed within the integrity and inspection segment, also highlighting Priner’s evolution over the years.

The immersion day reinforced our commitment to developing new talent and creating opportunities for those who aspire to build a career in the sector. For the young apprentices, it was a valuable experience to see firsthand how the company operates and to understand how technical qualification and continuous development are essential pillars for a successful professional future.
