Our management is based on ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System – alongside preventive guidelines, both internal and client-specific, reinforcing our commitment to everyone’s integrity and well-being.

Culture

Sustaining our growth strategy takes more than processes and results. It requires direction to align goals, cadence to clarify priorities and execution timing and a sense of belonging to drive long-term engagement. We are currently revisiting our cultural architecture so it reflects the Priner way of being and doing, as one Priner, strengthening shared values while recognizing and elevating what makes us unique. Whistleblowing Channel

Our Whistleblowing Channel is an open line for internal and external audiences to identify, combat and prevent irregularities. It is secure, independent, transparent and guarantees anonymity, confidentiality and protection against retaliation. All reports are logged, analyzed and forwarded for impartial handling by the Compliance area.

Raiz Priner (Priner Roots)

Aware of the socioeconomic context of the regions where we operate, we reinforce our social commitment across strategy and execution.

Since 2002, the Raiz Priner (Priner Roots) Program has offered skills development and professional training opportunities to candidates from local communities where Priner operates. The goal is to help young people enter the job market by providing specialized training aligned with our engineering services portfolio, while also developing behavioral competencies and workplace safety.
