Pipeline Rehabilitation by Trenchless Method (MND) is a technique used to restore, reinforce, or replace underground infrastructure networks without the need for extensive excavations.

The service offers advantages such as reduced excavation, lower environmental impact, faster and more cost-effective execution, as well as the ability to keep systems operational during the intervention.

Its main applications include the rehabilitation of sewage and water networks with structural failures or leaks, the modernization of aging infrastructure in urban areas, and the reinforcement of deteriorated pipelines, extending their service life through minimally invasive interventions.

CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe)

The technique repairs damaged pipelines by inserting a resin-impregnated liner, which is cured to form a new pipe within the existing one. Its goal is to rehabilitate pipelines, offering an efficient and less invasive alternative.

Point repair

The Point Repair System enables trenchless rehabilitation of pipes with small to large diameters, up to 72". It provides an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional "dig and replace" methods, offering an efficient and durable solution to repair multiple leaks in a single day.

CIPP: Steam curing process

Suitable for pipelines with different geometric shapes along the section to be rehabilitated. The liner impregnation can be performed away from the application site, and the liner can be kept in stock.

Pipe In Liner (pressurized networks)

An independent solution for pipelines. This means the internal liner operates autonomously, without relying on the host pipe’s structure. The connection between them is limited to the pipe ends. Semi-rigid, the liner maintains a circular shape inside the pipe, ensuring efficient flow.

CIPP – UV Line curing process

Eliminates the need for resin mixing and on-site preparation, as the liner comes pre-impregnated. The bag is delivered ready, with specific measurements and protected by a special film. The process uses computerized equipment to adjust and monitor the UV light intensity, ensuring continuous curing.
