Priner’s net revenue grew 70.4% in 1Q25 compared to 1Q24.

Today we released our results for the first quarter of 2025, a year that began with significant achievements:

• In January, we joined the Small Cap Index (SMLL B3)
• In March, we strengthened our balance sheet with the 2nd issuance of simple debentures, raising R$ 200 million
• Our net revenue reached R$ 368.8 million (+70.4% vs. 1Q24)
• Organic revenue grew 16% compared to 1Q24
• We recorded R$ 588 million in new contracts

We also highlight pioneering projects in the Brazilian market during this period:

The first, PSI (Priner Soil Injection), uses an innovative technique to correct settlements.

The second applies Magnetic Tomography to detect metal loss in rigid subsea pipelines, marking our debut in the subsea segment.
